I’ve just realized that my last few blog posts have been all-skirts, all the time. Strange how that is; I used to hate skirts and dresses. I wore jeans throughout high school and college and when I joined the workforce, kept the party going with a slight upgrade to slacks.
Funny how we change. Has anyone else experienced personal style revolutions?
Nevertheless, variety is the spice of life. So, there are pants posts on the way; scout’s honour. In the meantime, more skirtage below.
This Old Navy shirt may be one of the best things I’ve purchased from the store, thus far. A wardrobe workhorse, to be sure.
I finally found booties that I enjoy. The cut of the shoe works well with my leg and the slight hidden platform makes them all-day comfy.
My love for rose gold grows daily. Even though it’s on-trend, it’s still a bit unexpected. And, as a ‘mixed-metal’ phile, I enjoy enjoy pairing my rose gold and silver.

Okay, that confirms it – I’m going to have to get a denim shirt! And your hair – you always make me experience hair envy in the worst way. Is this a twist out, bantu knot out or something else? Just curious…..
Go get a denim shirt; you won’t regret it! My hair is a stale bantu knot out. At night, I re-twist a few key pieces in the front and sleep with a net. In the morning, I shake it out and I do an upsweep, using one of the double-comb contraptions. As it gets older, it gets bigger, which lends to the vertical height!
Love it………… Im waiting on my chambray from forever 21 to come cant wait hope i can be creative as you…… an yessss the hair Gorgeous new hair crush indeed!
